Amazon product listings for the Robotics;Notes Elite and DaSH Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 North American debut appeared early in the day on April 21, 2020, and there was something to them that lent weight to them offering an actual release date for the visual novel and its sequel. There were official images made by Spike Chunsoft showcasing the double pack’s Day One Editions that actually list the October 13, 2020 release date. Now, Spike Chunsoft has come forward to confirm that yes, both games will launch in North America on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC on that day. A European release date will be announced at a later date.
The Robotics;Notes Elite and DaSH Double Pack listings both state that the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 Day One Editions will cost $59.99. They also have the same bonus. People would get a set of four badges. In the top row in the preview image, there is Robotics;Notes Elite’s Kaito Yashio and the Tanegashimachine the club builds. The bottom row has a pin of Akiho Senomiya, then one of Robotics;Notes DaSH’s Itaru Hashida. Yes, that’s the same Daru from the Steins;Gate series.
In addition to the Day One Edition details, the listing also includes a few more screenshots for the games.
Spike Chunsoft confirmed it would bring Robotics;Notes Elite to the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC back at Anime Expo 2019. At the time, it said that Robotics;Notes DaSH was being considered, but it was not confirmed. The series also came up during a Siliconera interview about Steins;Gate: My Darling’s Embrace.
Robotics;Notes is immediately available on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and Xbox 360 in Japan. We will see Robotics;Notes Elite and DaSH on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC in North America on October 13, 2020. It will come to Europe sometime after that.
