People have a bit more time to keep trying to get a PS5. One of its exclusives will be delayed. Returnal, from Resogun developer Housemarque, won’t appear in on March 19, 2021. Sony took to the PlayStation Twitter account to reveal it will now launch on April 30, 2021.

The tweet offered a brief explanation as to why it won’t appear as planned. It cited a desire to ensure the game meets people’s expectations and is a solid experience.

Here’s the full announcement.

Returnal will be a Groundhog Day-like game. Selene was traveling through space when her ship crashed. The planet she landed on is incredibly hostile and she finds that she can’t die. When she does, she starts back at the beginning where she crashed. Your goal is to help her survive, which will be challenging due to the environment changing after each death. If all goes well, you might be able to help her get off of that planet.

Here’s a trailer, which shows Selene’s crash, the changing planet, and its combat system.

Returnal will come to the PlayStation 5 on April 30, 2021. It will cost $69.99.
