Resident Evil: Vendetta Will Be Getting Both Physical And Digital Retail Releases

On June 19th in North America and May 27th internationally, the Resident Evil: Vendetta CG motion picture will be showing for one night only. Sony Pictures has now announced that the retail release of the movie will be available both physically and digitally.

 

Retail copies of the film are set to release on June 20th for the digital versions, followed by DVD, Blu-ray, and 4K Blu-ray releases on July 18th. The Blu-ray version of the movie will also come with a three-disc pack, which includes a 4K Ultra HD version, Blu-ray version, as well as a disc with behind-the-scenes footage. Picking up this Blu-ray edition from Best Buy will also get you an exclusive steelbook.

 

Here’s an official description of the bonus content included in the Blu-ray edition from Sony Pictures:

“Fans will assemble with the BSAA Operatives team to receive the intelligence briefing to defeat a deadly threat in BSAA Mission Briefing: Combat Arias, while director Takanori Tsujimoto and his creative team lead fans in a conversation on the film’s design aesthetic and what it took to evolve the story in Designing The World of Vendetta.”
