In Resident Evil 3, players follow Jill Valentine as she attempts to escape Raccoon City before it is destroyed by a nuclear missile. She and the Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service, which consists of Carlos Oliveira, Mikhail Victor, and Nikolai Zinoviev, are all attempting to work together to signal rescue efforts. However, Jill is constantly being stalked by a creature known as Nemesis. In addition to the stalking elements, another notable feature in this installment was the ability to influence the ending based on your decisions.

This has been a long time coming. Capcom first began teasing the Resident Evil 3 Remake back on April 16, 2019. In November, rumors started floating around. Finally, early in December 2019, images for Resident Evil 3 and Resident Evil: Resistance were found on PSN.

Resident Evil 3: Nemesis first appeared on the PlayStation in 1999. It then ended up showing up on the Dreamcast and PC in 2000 and GameCube in 2003.

The Resident Evil 3 remake will launch on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on April 3, 2020.
