Capcom kicked off its “1-Shot Demo” for the Resident Evil 2 remake on PS4, Xbox One, PC last Friday, and we got an update from the official website with data on its player count and completion rate.

The tracker was updated earlier today and it shows that 1,384,654 players (who have enabled RE NET Play Data Settings) played the demo around the world with North America leading the group with 300,667 players and Asia right behind with 296,035 players.

In the demo, players have 30 minutes to complete a specific mission, but by the looks of it things are pretty rough as only 28 percent of the players have managed to complete it.

Resident Evil 2 releases on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on January 25, 2019. You can check out more on the demo in our previous report. It will be available through January 31, 2019.
