What do you do when you’re a famous writer who’s under attack by a mad bomber? Just have your agent hire three paper masters as your personal bodyguards. That’s exactly what happens to Nenene Sumiregawa after one of her book signings. Luckily Michelle, Anita and Maggie are all paper masters. They use their talent to transform paper into dragons and weapons to save Nenene from an explosive fate.
When the threat from a rival writer is over Nenene gets ready to fly back to Japan, but she’s assaulted again. How will she get out of this jam? In the second episode we’re back in Nenene’s house in Japan. To her surprise the paper masters from Hong Kong arrive too. Her agent chose them because of their unusual paper control to be Nenene’s bodyguards until she gets her next book published. It seems that Nenene is going to have to get along with spunky Anita, quiet Maggie and bookaholic Michelle.
