Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart’s Playable Female Lombax Is Rivet

When Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart first appeared in June 2020, a playable female Lombax showed up in the trailer. Now, Sony and Insomniac properly introduced her. The newest character introduced in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart is Rivet. Also, it turns out DEVO’s Mark Mothersbaugh composed the game’s soundtrack.

Rivet fights back against Emperor Nefarious in her home dimension, which Ratchet and Clank will visit in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. She’ll have her own versions of the Android, Hacker, Imperial, Rebel, and Scavenger armor sets in the game’s Digital Deluxe Edition. She also is the focal point of the latest trailer for the game.

As for Mothersbaugh’s contributions, three tracks from the game appeared on the PlayStation Soundcloud.

Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart will come to the PlayStation 5 on June 11, 2021. There will also be an April 29, 2021 State of Play presentation that will show off new footage from the game.
