PSO2 New Genesis New Classes’ Skills, World Trials Arrive in Update

There will be more to do in Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis soon. The Sandstorm Requiem is about to begin. On December 15, 2021, the next PSO2 New Genesis update will add the Retem area, introduce titles, add World Trials, bring in new enemies and equipment, bring the level cap up to 35, add Dark, Light, and Wind elemental techniques, and introduce a new class skill for all classes.

First, the PSO2 New Genesis title system will be based on accomplishments. When you complete achievements, a title could be tied to them. You could then apply this to your avatar. This would let everyone know you’d completed certain milestones.

As for the World Trials, they will be larger events. Each one will happen in more than one Sector. So instead of being limited to a small area to complete a goal, you’ll have a larger space. So one might send you to different areas in the new Retem open field area. (This is the new desert area.)

The new PSO2 New Genesis class skills for classes came up too.

  • Bouncer: Blade Arts Parry
  • Braver: Brave Spirit
  • Fighter: Dagger Spin Axle
  • Force: Technique Domination
  • Gunner: Rising Drive
  • Hunter: Sword Arts Charge Avenger
  • Ranger: Spread Shot Wide Range
  • Techter: Overemphasis

As for the new elemental techniques, this is the list of them.

  • Dark Techniques: Megid, Gimegid, and Megid Sphere
  • Light Techniques: Grants, Gigrants, and Grants Glitter
  • Wind Techniques: Zan, Gizan, and Zan Gale
