Bandai Namco have announced in this week’s issue of Famitsu magazine that their crossover Nintendo 3DS RPG will release this November in Japan, along with some details on additional bonuses for the game. [Thanks, Game Jouhou]

First-print bonuses for Project X Zone 2 will include a challenge map DLC titled The Girl from 10 Years Ago, which will give you a special item called “Black Hot Pants” upon clearing it. A special 3DS theme will also be part of the first-print bonus.

The limited edition of Project X Zone 2 will go for 9,980 yen plus tax. This version is called the “Original Game Sound Edition,” and it has a special feature that lets you play using over 60 tracks from the first Project X Zone game.

The limited edition also includes a DLC for “Valkyrie no Boken: Toki no Kagi Densetsu with Xiaomu” which is basically a special arrangement for Valkyrie no Boken’s version of Xiaomu as a playable character.

There will also be a special 3DS theme called “Namco X Capcom 10th Anniversary” as part of the limited edition version. The report also details a new battle system called “Mirage Cancel,” which allows you to press the B button during a regular attack to cancel it, along with a slow motion that works other than with pair units. This makes it easier to get critical hits afterwards.

Project X Zone 2 will release in Japan on November 12, 2015 for Nintendo 3DS.
