Project Sekai feat. Hatsune Miku Introduces Leo/need, More More Jump!, and Wonderlands x Showtime

Over the past few weeks, Craft Egg subsidiary Colorful Palette has been revealing more information about  Project Sekai feat. Hatsune Miku. The latest focused on the five entertainer groups who will meet Hatsune Miku and the other Crypton Vocaloids in the story.

As previously revealed, the game will take place in modern day Shibuya, where the Vocaloids are virtual singers like in our world, and ‘Sekai’, an alternate world where songs are born. Miku and the others are real people you can meet. Each group will meet Miku with a different appearance and personality, as Sekai is affected is created from people’s thoughts, and each one will have a different focus, such as rock bands and idols.

Leo/need (Band)

A band consisting of four childhood friends that includes Shibu Hinomori (CV: Yuki Nakashima), Ichika Hoshino (CV: Ruriko Noguchi), Saki Tenma (CV: Karin Isobe), Honami Mochizuki (CV: Reina Ueda). Ichika and Saki want to start a band to stop them from drifting apart, but the other two seem to have their own reasons to not be as interested.

Leo/need will meet and work together with Miku and Luka.

Roki

More More Jump! (Idol)

More More Jump! consists of one girl who has idol aspirations and three girls who gave up on their idol work for various reasons. From left to right, they are Airi Momoi (CV: Ai Furihata), Haruka Kiritani (CV: Mayu Yoshioka), Minori Hanasato (CV: Yui Ogura), and Shizuku Hinomori (CV: Rina Honizumi).

Together, they’ll work with Miku and Rin, who inspire them to realize their passion.

Wonderlands x Showtime (Musical)

Wonderland’s Showtime is a lively group of people who want to put on a good show. From left to right, it is made up of Rui Kamishiro (CV: Shunichi Toki), Emu Ootori (CV: Hina Kino), Tsukasa Tenma (CV: Daisuke Hirose), and Nene Kusanagi (CV: Machico).

They’ll work together with Miku and Kaito in their version of Sekai.

Sweet Magic

Note: This MV features Rin, which shows that when it comes to Free Play, you’ll likely be able to switch around the Vocaloids.

Project Sekai feat. Hatsune Miku is in development for Apple iOS and Android devices. Pre-registration will begin in late April 2020. Check out more in-game screenshots and currently confirmed songs (new songs not included) in our previous report here.
