Project Sakura Wars’ Vocal Soundtrack Will Sing for Us on April 29, 2020

Sega has announced that the vocal soundtrack for Project Sakura Wars will debut on April 29, 2020 in Japan. The soundtrack will include the main theme, ‘Geki! Teikoku Kagekidan <Shinshou>, all the character songs, and instrumental versions of different tracks.

  • “A Star is Born”

Most of these songs have gotten short previews, and you can check out a full list here. The soundtrack is being published by Wave Master Entertainment and will cost 3,000 yen.

Project Sakura Wars reached a milestone of 4 million units shipped in Japan and has gotten its own manga, and will receive an anime adaptation. In January 2020, a new trailer released for the anime. There’s also an upcoming stage play as well. While the game is also scheduled for a Spring 2020 release in the West, we haven’t heard much about it.

Project Sakura Wars is available for the PlayStation 4 in Japan. The game will appear in North America and Europe in Spring 2020.  Information on the soundtrack can be found via the site here.
