Here’s another Xbox Live Arcade game that Microsoft are publishing in collaboration with a Japanese developer. While the only available image is the teaser art above, Project Draco is developed by Yukio Futatsugi, creator of Phantom Dust. Futatsugi-san has also worked on several Panzer Dragoon games.

Project Draco sounds like Panzer Dragoon, too. Microsoft describe it as an “epic 3D flying shooter.” The catch is, the game uses Kinect, and has you nurturing and communicating with your dragon to help develop its skills and train it in combat. Draco also includes online multiplayer over Xbox Live.
