More DLC is on the way to nWay’s Power Rangers fighting game. Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid Season 3 will begin in late June 2020. In addition to a free Samurai Megazord Ultra and Megazord Ultra conditions revamp heading out to everyone, there will be a Dai Shi Phantom Beast King skin and three new playable characters in the $14.99 pass. Though, if people just want one or two of the new characters, they’ll be sold separately for $5.99 each.

While nWay’s official announcement and trailer only “officially” revealed two of the three Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid DLC characters that are on the way, the identity of the third person is fairly obvious from her silhouette. In June 2020, the Jungle Fury Purple Wolf Ranger Robert “RJ” James will apparently temporarily step back from his duties at Jungle Karma Pizza to join the fight. (That’s also when the Dai Shi skin will be doled out to Season Pass 3 owners and the Ultras will arrive.) He’ll be followed by Super Samurai Red Ranger Lauren Shiba. Finally, it really, 100%, super seems like that third silhouette belongs to Scorpina, who showed up as an antagonist in both Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and Power Rangers HyperForce.

Here’s the Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid Season 3 trailer that focuses on Wolf Ranger and Red Samurai Ranger, but also has Scorpina’s telltale silhouette and laugh at the end.

Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid is available for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. It is also headed to Stadia.
