Based on the idea of historical martial arts, NCsoft say Blade & Soul takes inspiration from stylish martial arts films like House of Flying Daggers and Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. The game’s world is designed by Hyung-Tae Kim, the lead artist on the project, who also worked on Magna Carta.

NCsoft haven’t announced just when Blade & Soul will be released in the west yet, but we’ll keep an eye out for further details. In the meantime, you can access the game’s official website here.
