You’ll become a Pokémon in Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon, where it’ll be up to you and your Poké-friends to save the world from a mysterious phenomenon that has been turning Pokémon into stone. The latest trailer details how you’ll take on dungeons.
In Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon, you’ll progress by solving problems and helping other Pokémon in the neighborhood. Axew requests help from you and your crew because there’s a rowdy Salamence out there giving him trouble.
From here, you’ll need to take your character along with two partners and the Axew that requested for help. With this party of four, you’ll take on the dungeon to find the Salamence.
Dungeons are filled with helpful items, some will even show you the entire map so you can get a better idea where to go. There are also hidden traps, so you’ll want to be careful on how you progress.
As far as battles go, you’ll be able to use four moves, and choosing the right ones against your enemies will be the key to winning fights. Your partners will also join in on the fight. Keep in mind, if you lose in the dungeon, you’ll lose all your money.
The boss monsters like Salamence are pretty tough, but you should be able to take it down with proper teamwork. Upon defeating the boss characters, they’ll join your party.
Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon will release in North America on November 20, 2015 for Nintendo 3DS.
