Pokemon Sleep is a Pokemon-themed sleep monitor app that doubles as a game. Players can put the phone on their pillows while the app is running. It will record their type of sleep and match it with a Pokemon with the same type of sleep patterns. Pokemon Sleep is also compatible with the Pokemon GO Plus device, which released on July 21, 2023.
Pokemon Sleep is immediately available for Android and iOS devices. The Pokemon Sleep themed plushies and merchandise is now available from the Japanese Pokemon Center online store, as well as physical Pokemon Center stores in Japan.
