As usual, the versions of the Fuecoco and Bellibolt plush are the early, exclusive release. This means they are only available in the 12 inch sizes. They also each have a special tag that notes they were bought there, as well as Poke Ball-shaped patches on the back that only appear when picked up from The Pokemon Center. For the wider release, which happens at places like Target, Walmart, and Walgreens, different sizes will be available. Those will have a more standardized tag and no patch.

The last two Squishmallow based on characters were Dragonite and Marill. Both of them have started appearing at stores like Target as of time of writing. However, the Dragonite and Marill showing up there are the larger, 20 inch varieties.

The Bellibolt and Fuecoco Squishmallow Pokemon plush pre-orders are open, and Pokemon Scarlet and Violet are available on the Nintendo Switch worldwide.
