Pokemon Nacli Salt Shaker is Ready to Season Your Food

The Pokemon Center in Japan will start selling a salt shaker that looks like Nacli from Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. The kitchenware will be available from November 16, 2023.

Those living overseas will need to find a proxy service of some kind to buy the salt shaker. This is because The Pokemon Center website does not offer international shipping. The official Pokemon store in the United States does not currently sell the salt shaker. Instead, it offers a Nacli Poke Plush.

The Nacli salt shaker will cost 2200 JPY, which is around $14.60. Size-wise, it’s 8.4 x 7.35 x 7.5 cm, so it’s on the larger side for a salt shaker. You can also use it for other seasonings, of course, such as pepper or paprika. However, the reason why the Pokemon Center markets it specifically as a salt shaker is likely due to the Pokemon’s strong association with the mineral.

Nacli, the Rock Salt Pokemon, debuted in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet as a Rock type you can find wandering around Paldea. It evolves into Naclstack at level 24 and then Garganacl at level 38. The name originates from NaCl, which is the chemical formula for sodium chloride (more commonly known as table salt).

The Nacli salt shaker will appear in The Pokemon Center in Japan from November 16, 2023. Pokemon Scarlet and Violet is available on the Nintendo Switch.
