The fruit sandwich uses pancakes instead of bread and has plenty of fruit and cream in and around Pikachu’s pink hairstyle. Additionally, Pikachu’s festive, fluffy afro is made from strawberry whipped cream.

However, visitors and trainers who visit the Osaka branch of the Pokemon Cafe can enjoy a different set of treats, all inspired by Pokemon Sword and Shield. Take a look at the new additions to the cafe’s menu:

Additionally, visitors who order a drink can get a limited edition coaster that features the game’s starter Pokemon and a Gigantamax Eevee and Pikachu. There is also a secret sixth coaster design.

The Pokemon Cafe’s Cherry Blossom treats will run from March 14 to April 19, 2020 in Tokyo at the Nihonbashi Store. The Sword and Shield inspired dishes will run from March 20 to May 29, 2020 in Osaka. Reservations are required and can be made online.
