Mario Tennis Open has a neat Download Play feature, Nintendo shared at their Nintendo Direct presentation—co-op play against the CPU. If you have the game but your friend doesn’t, you’ll still both be able to play cooperatively against the CPU as long as your 3DSes are in close proximity.
