Persona 5 Strikers Sophia and Ghosts ‘n Goblins Arthur Spirits added to SSBU

There are new Persona 5 and Ghosts ‘n Goblins series Spirit additions in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. However, there are also requirements to unlock the characters. Nintendo announced Persona 5 Strikers’ Sophia will be given to every SSBU owner who owns the Musou spin-off. People who own Ghosts ‘n Goblins Resurrection will get Arthur.

Acquiring Arthur and Sophia doesn’t take too much effort. People who own and have save data for those games will be entitled to them. After updating to 11.0.0, which is immediately available, launch the game. After opening the game and going through the menus, notification will pop up. One will give you the SSBU Sophia Spirit for having Persona 5 Strikers save data. Another will offer Arthur for that save file. Clicking “Receive” will add them to your library.

Both Arthur and Sophia are Primary SSBU Spirits, and each one is a three-star Ace. Arthur is a “Grab” type with the Item Throw Up ability and one slot. Sophia is a Neutral Spirit with two slots.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is available for the Nintendo Switch. Persona 5 Strikers is available for the Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC. Ghosts ‘n Goblins Resurrection is available for the Switch.
