Atlus released the latest details for Persona 5 Scramble in Morgana’s Traveling Report #5 with a look into Kyoto, Osaka, and spoiler-heavy details for Zenkichi Hasegawa.
[Editor’s Note: There are some big spoilers in the following details, so proceed at your own risk.]
Kyoto
Kyoto is Japan’s most popular tourist destination. With everything from shrines to temples, it’s a city of valuable cultural heritage in Japan. The Phantom Thieves make their way to Kyoto after investigator Zenkichi Hasegawa makes the suggestion.
Akane Hasegawa (CV: Naomi Ozora)
Kyoto also happens to be where Zenkichi’s home is located. You’ll meet his daughter, Akane Hasegawa, living there. She happens to be a big fan of the Phantom Thieves.
Kyoto Jail
Kyoto is also home to its own Jail. The Phantom Thieves find themselves taking on the Kyoto Jail which resembles a giant shrine. You’ll find many shrine gates here that send you somewhere completely different. You’ll need to figure out how to advance forward in this Jail as you won’t find your destination by walking in blindly.
Something seems to be happening to Zenkichi’s body while inside the Kyoto Jail…
Osaka
Osaka is the biggest city in Western Japan, known as the city where you can eat until you drop. The city overflows with good eats and good people. This time, the “Conversion Case” appears to involve a world-known IT company called “Madicce.”
Akira Konoe (CV: Toru Okawa)
Akira Konoe is the president of the IT company Madicce. He appears to have grabbed the hearts of many through the company’s innovative services and his own charismatic nature. He’s quite the president.
Osaka Jail Osaka Jail takes the appearance of a futuristic city. It’s an impregnable Jail with cameras monitoring every corner and security robots patrolling the area. It’s also worth noting that the enemies here are really tough, so you’ll want to be extra careful here.
Codename: Wolf
In Persona 5 Scramble, Zenkichi Hasegawa awakens his Persona ability and joins the Phantom Thieves in fighting against evil. His codename is “Wolf.”He fights using a long sword with extra reach and dual-wields pistols for his shots. He can use ”Absorb” to steal enemy health and use “Delirium” to increase his attack power in exchange for health. So he basically has a bit of a Final Fantasy Dark Knight thing going on with his abilities.
Valjean
Wolf’s Persona is called “Valjean.” In addition to Almighty Skills, Valjean has Gun skills and specializes in skills that support allies.
