Persona 4: The Play Coming To Japan In March

Atlus already has a Persona 4 anime series and manga. A fighting game, social game, and PlayStation Vita port are also in the works. Where else can Persona 4 appear? How about the stage.

 

Marvelous AQL (yes, the makers of Little King’s Story and Senran Kagura) are adapting Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4 into a live action play. Persona 4 Visual Live is being written by Shintaro Asanuma who voices Shulk in Xenoblade and the voice actor who plays Teddie will reprise his role for the show.

Yosuke Hanamura: Takahisa Maeyama
Chie Satonaka: Minami Tsukui
Yukari Amagi: Risa Yoshiki
Kou Ichijo (Basketball Captain): Motohiro Ota
Daisuke Nagase (Kou’s friend): Jyoji Satome
Ryotaro Dojima: Masahashi Taniguchi
Toru Adachi: Masami
Teddie: Kappei Yamaguchi

 

Persona 4 Visual Live will take place on March 15, 2012 to March 20 at the Sunshine Theater in Ikebukuro. Tickets for the show start at 7,000 yen ($90) for standard seats and 10,000 yen ($130) for premium seats.
