Persona 3 Reload Confirmed for PS4 and PS5

In the new announcement trailer for Persona 3 Reload, Atlus confirmed that the game will come out on PS4 and PS5. Previously, likely due to an agreement with Microsoft, we only had confirmation that the game would come out on systems such as the Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Windows PC. The Persona 3 remake will come out in early 2024.

You can watch the new Persona 3 Reload announcement trailer with PS4 and PS5 versions of the remake mentioned below.

When Persona 3 first came out in 2006, it was on the PS2. P3P, which came out in 2009, was also originally a PSP game. So a PS4 and PS5 release for the remake might not be very surprising, as it has always been a game featured on Sony consoles.

Persona 3 Reload will feature updated graphics and game play. Since it will remake the base game experience, you will only be able to play as the male protagonist and there will be no The Answer epilogue at the end. However, it will still contain some content from FES. Reload will also contain new scenes to expand on and highlight characters that didn’t get much attention in the original story.

Persona 3 Reload is in development and will come out on the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, Xbox Game Pass, and Windows PC via Steam some time in early 2024.
