The Persona 3: Dancing in Moonlight and Persona 5: Dancing in Starlight soundtracks will be released on June 24, 2020. There will be two editions fans can get their hands on. The standard Advanced CD version with both soundtracks is ¥3,500 (or around $33) and the Advanced CD Collector’s Box is ¥9,800 (or $90). [Thanks, 4Gamer!]
Now with a noticeable difference between the two versions, you must be wondering why that is? The Advanced CD Collector’s Box not only comes with both the Persona 3: Dancing in Moonlight and Persona 5: Dancing in Starlight soundtracks, but it also includes a special blu-ray. This special blu-ray disc is the recorded performance of the “History’s Strongest Fight Between Sisters” event. Additionally, the Collector’s Box will come with the four disc soundtrack that was included with the limited editions of Dancing in Moonlight and Dancing in Starlight.
For fans interested in the standard Advanced CD version, this edition will only come with two discs. However, it will include the full versions of both opening songs. Additionally, remixes of the games songs will be included as well. All of this is of course included in the Advanced CD Collector’s Box version.
Persona 3: Dancing in Moonlight and Persona 5: Dancing in Starlight are rhythm games that are set in the Persona universe. Remixes of favorite songs are available for fans to listen to as they play through the game. Similarly to the mainline titles, players can deepen their bond with respective characters with the “Social” feature. The North American and European release of this game also features dual audio.
Persona 3: Dancing in Moonlight and Persona 5: Dancing in Starlight are currently available for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita.
