Bravely Default: Flying Fairy has a job system similar to Final Fantasy V, according to producer, Tomoya Asano. Asano once referred to the game as a “standard RPG” with random encounters and turn-based battles.

Does this mean we’ll see some of Final Fantasy’s character classes make their way into the game as well? We don’t know. Asano’s been posting Bravely Default concept art to the game’s Facebook page. Bravely Default: Flying Fairy doesn’t have a release date yet, but is slated for release sometime next year in Japan. You can find a brief town video here and three other short pieces of footage here.
