People outside of Japan are going to have a chance to play the Chaos;Child PC port. Spike Chunsoft revealed on Twitter that this version of the game will be released outside of Japan. The Steam product page says it will arrive on January 22, 2019.

The product listing has also revealed some of its upcoming features. It will only have Japanese voice acting, just like the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita worldwide releases, but will also offer English and Japanese text options. People will be able to collect Steam Achievements and Trading Cards as they play. There will also be cloud saving support, for people who like to back up their game saves.

Chaos;Child is the sequel to Chaos;Head, a visual novel that has yet to be released outside of Japan. Don’t let that dissuade you, as it does stand on its own. Players follow Takuru, a high school student investigating Return of the New Generation Madness murders for the newspaper club. As he interacts with people, he can experience things as they are or choose to see what could be a positive or negative delusion. These choices determine which ending players will see.

Chaos;Child is immediately available on the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita worldwide. In Japan, the game is also available on the PlayStation 3, Xbox One, PC, and both Android and Apple iOS devices.
