To celebrate the upcoming 1,000th episode of the One Piece anime series, Toei Animation and Fathom Events will bring the 2009 movie One Piece Film: Strong World to theaters in the United States. It will be screened in English on November 7, 2021. After that, the original Japanese version with subtitles will be screened on November 9, 2021. Strong World is the tenth One Piece film. In addition, a special One Piece: Mugiwara Chase featurette will be shown prior to the movie. This 30-minute feature was the eleventh One Piece movie and the first 3D CGI one.
One Piece Film: Strong World tells the story of the Straw Hat Pirates on a quest to save East Blue. To do so, they must first defeat Golden Lion Shiki and rescue Nami from his clutches. Then, they must find a way back together after being separated and left for dead on floating islands.
