Odin Sphere Leifthrasir Was Originally Going To Be Just A Port

Odin Sphere Leifthrasir is an upcoming two-in-one feature with both an HD remake and an HD port. Producer George Kamitani shared a message for the fans on the game’s official website.

Here’s what Kamitani wrote:

What was originally going to be just a port, had become a big remodel, with an end that looked further away after starting it. That said, it feels as though I’ve left [Kentaro] Ohnishi with a burden for handling this project, but again, I’m proud of him.

 

With this opportunity, I’m truly grateful to have this title get to have a second performance with you all, once again.

 

2016 will mark its ninth year since its last presentation.
