NIS America’s PAX East 2020 mystery game has been revealed. It is Mad Gear Games’ Kemono Heroes, as the company is acting as a publisher for the one-to-four player action game. While the title is now playable on the show floor, it is also actually immediately available on the eShop in North America and Japan. In addition, the company confirmed it will announce two more games in the first week of March 2020.

Let’s start with the announcements. The next new NIS America game will be revealed on March 3, 2020. After that, a second title will be unveiled on March 5, 2020.

In Kemono Heroes, the Moon God Tsukigami decided to ruin everyone’s day by turning innocent people to stone. Fortunately, not everyone was devastated by the affliction. The Animal Ninja Masters remain unscathed. People will go alone or with three friends to fight Tsukigami and various nefarious minions in an attempt to break the spell.

Here’s the Kemono Heroes trailer, which sets the stage for the game and shows off its four characters’ special abilities. Each one has a unique skill, though none of them is “required” to beat the game. Fudemaru the fox can temporarily become an enemy. Hanako the flying squirrel can glide over hazards. Miyuki the cat can climb up walls. Yu the monkey can hold onto ropes and vines in areas to pass over spaces.

Kemono Heroes is immediately available for the Nintendo Switch. It will also be playable at NIS America’s booth at PAX East 2020.

PAX East 2020 will run until March 1, 2020.
