Nippon Ichi And Idea Factory Partner For Licensing & Consulting Company Preapp

Haru Akenaga was the president of NIS America since the North American subsidiary opened in 2003. He left in June to start a new company called Preapp which does consulting work and licensing for overseas projects. Preapp also handles e-commerce and retail import/exports.

Idea Factory and Nippon Ichi have stakes in Preapp, which opened on July 2. Preapp’s headquarters is in Yokohama, which makes Arc System Works their neighbor.
