Nioh Slays The 2.5 Million Milestone In Worldwide Sales

With Nioh approaching its second anniversary in a couple more days, Koei Tecmo and Team Ninja announced that the action game has reached the 2.5 million milestone in worldwide sales.

In May 2018 the game reached the 2 million milestone, so since then it sold a half a million units between PS4 and PC. It was also noted in the announcement that the development team is currently working hard on Nioh 2, which is in development for PlayStation 4.

Nioh released for PlayStation 4 in North America on February 7, 2017. It followed with a European release on February 8 and a Japanese release on February 9. The PC version released worldwide on November 7, 2017.
