Nintendo Updates Website to Include Famicom Games From 1991

Nintendo updated its website to include information on four Famicom games that came out in 1991. The games are NES Open Tournament Golf, Time Twist: Rekishi no Katasumi de…, Shin 4nin Uchi Mahjong: Yakuman Tengoku, and Yoshi. 

Each Famicom game page on the Nintendo website incudes information and screenshots from the game. It explains the core concepts and history, instructions on how to play, little tidbits of trivia, and advice. Some of the pictures, such as the page for Yoshi, compare how the graphics from 1991 compare to later releases or designs from Nintendo.

Some of these games are still available to play if you have a Nintendo Switch Online account. For example, the service offers NES Open Tournament Golf and Yoshi.
