Capcom has just dated two more Resident Evil Nintendo Switch ports. On October 29, 2019, Resident Evil 5 and Resident Evil 6 will both appear on the console.
Resident Evil 5 follows Chris Redfield’s adventures in Africa dealing with a situation where people were infected with the Las Plagas parasite. He works with a new partner, Sheva Alomar, to handle another biological weapon situation. Essentially, it involves dealing with another part of Umbrella’s legacy. The Switch version has No Mercy mode, all of its DLC, and the new The Mercenaries United mode that combines The Mercenaries and The Mercenaries Reunion. It originally appeared on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC. In 2016, it was ported to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Shield Android TV.
Resident Evil 6 deals with a whole new threat known as the C-Virus. People follow through Jake Muller, Chris Redfield, Leon S. Kennedy, and Ada Wong’s different scenarios to discover the truth behind the situation and end the threat. The Nintendo Switch version includes all of the game’s DLC. It originally appeared on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, before eventually also showing up on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
Resident Evil 5 and 6 will come to the Nintendo Switch on October 29, 2019.
