The long-awaited Nintendo Switch Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night Graphics and Performance Upgrade has arrived. On October 31, 2019, patch 1.03 was released for the system. This addresses problems like input lag and loading issues.
Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night patch 1.03 is considered a stepping stone, though it does a lot of work, and more fixes will arrive in 1.04. Input lag was addressed, so people can actually find their way through and fight back against the monsters, with more improvements promised for the next patch. Loading times have been cut by up to 70% in some instances, with more promised. Crashes caused by things like reading books have been fixed. There have also been some visual upgrades, so things look a bit better.

An update was also offered on Zangetsu. The extra playable character is in the bug-testing phase. He does not have a release date yet.
