As part of players’ duties in Style Savvy: Styling Star, they will help multiple up-and-coming singers develop a look for themselves. This, in turn, influences the songs they will sing at performances. In Japan, a vocal collection of songs has been released by Nintendo that gives buyers full-length versions of all 15 tracks that appear in the game. It is available on Spotify and costs ¥1,050 (~$9) on iTunes.
In Japan, Style Savvy: Styling Star features many Japanese singers of varying degrees of fame representing its idol heroines. FAKY’s Anna is Black Swan, The World Standard’s Nanase Hirokawa is Yayoi Sakurano, R!N is Tsukiko Aomurasaki, and Yuka Hiiragi is Hotaru Kinashi. (In the English versions of the games, Yayoi’s name is Rosie, Tsukiko’s name is Alina, and Hotaru’s name is Yolanda and they have different voice actresses and songs.)
