Nintendo has sprung a last minute Nintendo Direct Mini on people. On July 20, 2020 at 7am PT/10am ET/1pm CET, a Nintendo Direct Mini: Partner Showcase will be held. It is described as a brief, pre-recorded segment from the company’s “development and publishing partners.”

A few details about the Nintendo Switch presentation were confirmed. As this will be the first, it will only be looking at “previously announced games.” This will be a recorded segment and not a stream. It will also be the first in a new series focusing on the company’s partners.

This is the second presentation to fall under the Nintendo Direct Mini label. The previous Nintendo Direct Mini aired back on March 26, 2020. As a reminder, that presentation ended up revealing a number of 2K Switch games, like BioShock: The Collection, Borderlands Legendary Collection, and XCOM 2. The Bravely Default II demo was released after the presentation. It also showed off Clubhouse Games: 51 Worldwide Classics, some Star Wars games, and updates for both Animal Crossing: New Horizons and Ring Fit Adventure. That was also when the ARMS Super Smash Bros. Ultimate character was teased.

The July 20, 2020 Nintendo Direct Mini: Partner Showcase will be held at 7am PT/10am ET/1pm CET and will be available on the company’s official YouTube account.
