Another Lego set based on a Nintendo system is on the way, with the Game Boy confirmed as the next subject. It will launch in October 2025. This follows the $269.99 Nintendo Entertainment System replica that let people build the NES console, controller, Super Mario Bros cartridge, and TV with the “game” playing on it that debuted in 2020.
So far, there are very few details about this new Lego Game Boy set, with the Nintendo social media account only sharing a teaser trailer. There’s no image of the completed build yet. Only a handful of grey parts, the purple button replicas, and a Lego “D-pad” appear. That’s followed by the logos for the handheld and Lego.
We’ve seen tons of Lego Nintendo sets as of late. Some of them have involved opportunities to build our own Animal Crossing towns in real-life with the bricks. Lego Mario Kart sets are available now too, letting you build karts or playsets. There are also the interactive Lego Mario sets. Some more decorative items include the Super Mario World Mario and Yoshi display or the Piranha Plant replica.
We’ll learn more about the Lego Nintendo Game Boy set ahead of its October 2025 debut.
