Sales for the Nintendo Alarmo Alarm Clock have been postponed, as per an update from Nintendo. Consumers will be able to pre-order the Nintendo alarm clock sometime in mid-December 2025 for those who have an active subscription to the Nintendo Switch Online service. The clock itself is expected to ship sometime in February 2025.
Nintendo also mentioned that it will release another statement when pre-orders begin, so those who do want the Nintendo Alarmo Alarm Clock will receive some kind of notification. A more narrow window of release may also appear alongside that announcement. The clock was originally sold through a lottery system, which still required consumers to have a Nintendo Switch Online subscription to participate.
Alongside this announcement, Nintendo shared that it did intend to open up sales to the general public (or people without a Nintendo Switch Online subscription) in February 2025. However, this has now been pushed back to an unspecified date. This includes retailing the item at nation-wide game stores.
Announced in October 2024, the Nintendo Alarmo Alarm Clock is, as a surprise to no one, a Nintendo themed alarm clock. Consumers can set sound bites and songs from various Nintendo IPs as their alarm tone. Which includes songs from The Legend of Zelda, Pikmin, and even Ring Fit Adventure. No news on the Nintendo Wii Shop them, though.
