Ninjala Downloads Pass 3 Million

This article is over 4 years old and may contain outdated information

It isn’t too uncommon for free-to-play games to hit certain download milestones, due to the low barrier of entry. This is especially true when they don’t require some sort of active subscription on a system to play. Which brings us to GungHo Online Entertainment’s latest milestone announcement. Ninjala downloads have passed the three million mark.

Here’s the tweet confirming the hallmark occasion, which has so far only appeared on the Japanese account on July 13, 2020. As is customary, people received 100 Jala as a “thank you.” According to the official website, people will be able to claim it until August 26, 2020.

The first Ninjala download milestone was hit within 16 hours of the game’s June 24, 2020 debut. That’s when GungHo counted one million total downloads. The two million download mark was hit by June 30, 2020, six days after the game’s release. It took 19 days for the game to reach three million, in case you’re keeping track.

As a reminder, while this is a free-to-play game, there are season passes. At the moment, one has been released. The Twitter account shared a reminder image that looked at the five costumes that someone could earn in this season, as well as the two hairstyles, three pieces of headgear, and various decorations and emotes.

Ninjala is available for the Nintendo Switch and is a free-to-download game. Season passes, which provide new content like costumes, are available for actual money.
