Ninjala Character Cards, Puzzle & Dragons Event Are Coming

Nintendo won’t be the only company with cards you can scan into your Nintendo Switch to make things happen. The latest Gungho Ninjala developer diary shared its first Collection Card series. These Ninjala character cards will debut in January 2021 in over four countries. In addition, a Puzzle & Dragons Ninjala collaboration is about to begin on December 7, 2020.

Since the Ninjala Puzzle & Dragons event is happening first, let’s start there. Between December 7, 2020 and January 6, 2021, cosmetic items inspired by and music from Puzzle & Dragons will be available to earn in Ninjala. The developer diary led with details about the event. First, it showed Ninjala characters in Hattori Hanzo, Red Dragon Caller, Sonia, and Valkyrie Styles. Those are the ones paired with songs from Puzzle & Dragons. a REMDra Gum Utsusemi and Toragon Mask will appear too. There will be an Ippon Decoration to earn if you are in Featured, Ninjala, and Quick Battles.

As for the Ninjala Collection Card Vol. 1 set, they will appear in France, Japan, Spain, and the United States in January 2021, with Bandai Namco in charge of them. Each card has one of the characters from the game on it and can be scanned into the Nintendo Switch game. These unlock minigames with costume and ninja gum rewards.

Ninjala is available on the Nintendo Switch. The Ninjala Puzzle & Dragons event will be held December 7, 2020 through January 6, 2021. The last collaboration involved <em>Sonic the Hedgehog</em>.
