Ninja Gaiden is retired from the Xbox Originals digital download service. Long live Ninja Gaiden Black. It arrives on February 11 for 1200 Microsoft Points ($15), the same price Ninja Gaiden sold for when it debuted with the Xbox Originals service. A bit of a bummer since Ninja Gaiden Black includes extra content like two hurricane packs worth of content, a mission mode and the hard to find Ninja Gaiden arcade game as an unlockable. At least gamers who purchased the original Ninja Gaiden can take solstice in the three NES Ninja Gaiden games hidden in their release. Take this as a warning if you're thinking about buying Fable.
The other two Xbox Originals are Sid Meister’s Pirates and Black. Japan only gets Ninja Gaiden Black. Hong Kong gets all of them and they have Magatama as a digital download, which ties them with North America for the largest library of Xbox Originals.
