Nijisanji VTuber Suzuya Aki will graduate from the company on August 31, 2024. His fan club will close after that on September 30, 2024.
Suzuya Aki’s YouTube membership and his X (Twitter) account will also become inactive, though from August 31, 2024. Only some of his videos will remain on his YouTube archive. Most of them will become private. The Anycolor announcement does not give any information as to why Suzuya Aki is graduating. As for Suzuya Aki, he’s posted some links to his zatsudan streams and thanked people for their kind words.
Suzuya Aki debuted with the first generation of Nijisanji’s talents back in 2018. Fellow VTubers who debuted alongside him include Tsukino Mito, Yuki Chihiro (who is no longer with Nijisanji), and Higuchi Kaede. His set up is that he is a middle schooler whose character model is designed looks like a girl. As of the time of writing, he has 158,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel. Aside from posting song covers and gaming streams, he streams about his daily life and thoughts.
From August 31, 2024, Suzuya Aki will graduate from Nijisanji and most of his YouTube channel will become private. Fans will have until September 30, 2024 to send him letters via his fan club.
