NieR Replicant Emil Nendoroid Has a Skeleton Body Underneath

Good Smile Company has opened limited pre-orders for Nendoroid figures of Emil from NieR Replicant. Under the figure’s cloak is a skeletal body, and included in the set is a Lunar Tear, as well as the character’s staff and other additional parts. The figure will cost $65.99, and ship sometime in March 2022. Pre-orders will last until September 29, 2021, or until supplies last.

Emil’s figure comes with his standard cloak and various hand parts that allow the Nendoroid to carry Emil’s enchanted staff. Notably, Emil’s scarf does not feature the yellow printed patterns seen in-game and is painted in a plain-colored green. Furthermore, the cloak can be taken off to reveal the character’s skeletal body. Owners can even choose to display Emil’s head on its own.

Additionally, the figure includes the Lunar Tear flower, a healing item from the NieR series that has particular importance to Emil in the story. It also comes with a decorative plastic sheet with magic circle effects printed on it to recreate Emil’s spell casting.

Similar to the previous Nier A2 Nendoroid release, Good Smile Company can only produce a certain amount of the figure each month. Because of this, the NieR Replicant Emil Nendoroid will have a limited amount of pre-orders available. Once the limit is reached, pre-orders may close earlier than the specified date.

The Emil Nendoroid is immediately available for pre-order on the Good Smile Company website. Orders to the US will ship sometime in March 2022, while Japanese orders will ship in January 2022. The figure will cost $65.99. Pre-orders are first-come-first-serve with a limited supply, lasting until September 29, 2021.
