NieR Reincarnation Downloads Surpass 15 Million Worldwide

Square Enix has announced through the NieR Reincarnation Japanese Twitter account that downloads for the title have surpassed 15 million worldwide. To celebrate the occasion, a special banner is immediately available in the Japanese client of the game. This includes a paid banner, which guarantees a 4 star weapon or character drop. Additionally, players will be able to perform a x10 summon on a limited celebration banner as well. However, these banners have yet to appear in the Global client of NieR Reincarnation.

In March 2021, NieR Reincarnation had surpassed 10 million downloads. These downloads came through the Japanese client of the game. However, now that NieR Reincarnation is available through its Global client, downloads for the title have surpassed 15 million. There is currently no word as to when the Global client will potentially receive these celebratory banners.

Characters from NieR Replicant are set to appear in NieR Reincarnation. Starting on September 7, 2021 players will have the opportunity to roll for Kaine, Nier, and Emil. These characters will only be available to obtain through the NieR Replicant collaboration event shop and through a limited time banner.
