NieR Concert Announced, New NieR: Automata Information Incoming This April

The NieR series celebrated its 5th anniversary last year, and this April will mark its sixth. That said, Square Enix will host a concert and live talk show on April 16 at the EX Theater in Roppongi, Tokyo.

The event, called “NieR Music Concert & Talk Live” will feature a variety of tunes from the series along with some new tracks. Series director Yoko Taro will also be there alongside developers of NieR: Automata to talk about its latest development along with some new information on the game.

Those of you who wish to attend the event can do so by pre-ordering tickets starting now at e+, Ticket Pia, and Lawson Ticket for 6,000 yen. The general sales begin on March 7, 2016, and will be available from the same retailers.

Nier: Automata is in development for PlayStation 4 and is expected to release sometime in 2016.
