People will have to wait to see Towa, Setsuna, and Moroha attempt to collect more rainbow pearls and restore Setsuna’s dreams. Funimation pointed out that there will be a brief break before the next new Yashahime episode appears. The show is taking a week off and won’t appear this weekend, on account of the holiday. Instead, the show will resume with episode 14’s subtitled episode on January 9, 2021 and episode 9’s dubbed episode on January 15, 2021.
Basically, here’s how it worked out. Normally, people would have seen Yashahime episode 9 on New Year’s Day and episode 14 on January 2, 2021. After all, episode 13 appeared as expected on December 26, 2020, the day after Christmas. So because of the holiday, everything was pushed back a week.
For those keeping up with the show, but who maybe perhaps missed some of the more recent episodes, things have been getting rather interesting. There have been more cameos from past Inuyasha characters, with a rather notable hero appearing in the thirteenth episode.
You can watch Yashahime episodes on Crunchyroll, Funimation, and Hulu, though the English dub is currently only available through Funimation. Viz Media hasn’t announced when we might see a physical release for the show yet.
