Another track off of the Pokemon anniversary album P25 Music is here, and it is “Take It Home” by Mabel. In addition to revealing she is the next artist to contribute a track for the new collection of songs, people can already hear it. The music video is immediately available and, as people might guess, some Pokemon do appear in it.
The new music video from Mabel features her coming home and searching for something to watch. She comes across a movie with Pikachu and Celebi. When she “wakes up,” we see her chasing a Jigglypuff to another place.
Here is the Mabel music video for P25 Music’s “Take It Home,” which features Pikachu, Celebi, and Jigglypuff.
This means we now know four of the people performing for Pokemon’s anniversary. First, we found out Post Malone contributed a cover of Hootie and the Blowfish’s “Only Wanna Be with You.” When he put on a “virtual” concert for it, we learned J. Balvin would also have a song on there. Katy Perry created a track for it too. Hers is called “Electric,” and its video involves both Pichu and Pikachu.
There’s no exact release date for the P25 Music Pokemon anniversary album beyond Fall 2021. There will be 14 songs on it. 11 artists total will perform them.
