The name for the new Zoids Wild game has yet to be revealed, but it was announced as a “brand-new Zoids Wild game (tentative)” for Switch. The first included details say that the game will allow players to modify Zoids and change colors.

It appears that there are also some huge new elements that have yet to be revealed. We can expect to learn more about these big new features from Takara Tomy in the coming months.

The previous game, Zoids Wild: King of Blast, released in Japan in February 2019 for the Nintendo Switch. The game started with a roster of 10 Zoids at launch but eventually added six more through free updates. It also got a major update last June that was comparable in size to a whole new sequel of the game. The update not only added 12 new Zoids but also new missions featuring the newly added Zoids.

Thanks to various updates from the developers and the competitive action part of the game, it kept players coming back for a while, but the Zoids fans can now look forward to something coming their way this winter. We’ve yet to see any pictures for the new game, but Ryokutya mentions that the new game already shows improvements in the graphics and realism department.

The new Zoids Wild game will release for the Nintendo Switch this winter in Japan.
