New Tales of Luminaria Anime Trailer Focuses on Childhood Friends

There’s another em>Tales of Luminaria: The Fateful Crossroad trailer looking at the anime adaptation. Past ones showed both characters and the conflict at hand. This one is no different. However, it again focuses on the three primary characters. We see the childhood friends Leo Fourcade, Celia Arvier, and Hugo Simon.

In Tales of Luminaria, Leo, Celia, and Hugo were once close. All three also attended the Jerle Federation’s Aedis Knight Academy. However, as both the game and show begin, they are no longer connected or on the same side. The new trailer shows when they meet again and find Hugo is part of the Gildllan Empire’s army.

As for the game, people will get to see plenty of characters interact and overlap soon too. Bandai Namco announced that the first Crossroads episode is coming in February 2022. A Crossroads episode that shows multiple people meeting and interacting will show up after a chapter for each of the 21 playable characters is released. In addition, Japanese voice acting will eventually come to the global version of the game.

The Tales of Luminaria: The Fateful Crossroad anime will air starting on January 20, 2022. Funimation will offer the simulcast of it. The Tales of Luminaria game is available worldwide on Android and Apple iOS devices.
